Privacy Policy.
What we collect, why we collect it, and the control you keep over it.
Last updated: 5 September 2026
Emma.Fashion is a small consultancy, not a data business. We collect the least we can, we use it only for the reason you gave it to us, and we never sell it. This page explains that in full.
1. Who we are
This website, emma.fashion (“the Site”), is operated by Emma.Fashion — The School of Presence, the personal image consultancy of Emanuela Neculai (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are the controller of the personal information described below.
1019 Hwy. 17 South, Office 119
North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582, United States

2. The information we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiry and contact forms. Your name, email address, the subject you select, and the message you write.
- Newsletter. Your email address, when you subscribe.
- Correspondence. Anything you choose to tell us by email, telephone, or during a consultation.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. Pages viewed, approximate location (city or region level), referring website, device and browser type, and a randomly assigned identifier stored in a cookie.
- Server and security logs. Our hosting provider records IP addresses and request data to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
Information we do not collect
We do not take payment on this Site. Course purchases are handled entirely by Teachable at training.emma.fashion, and card details are processed by Teachable and its payment providers — never by us, and never stored on this Site.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to arrange or deliver the services you ask for.
- To send the newsletter, when you have asked to receive it.
- To understand which pages and articles are useful, so the Site can be improved.
- To keep the Site secure and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
4. Our legal grounds (for visitors in the UK, EU, and EEA)
- Consent — for the newsletter and for non-essential analytics cookies. You may withdraw it at any time.
- Performance of a contract — or steps taken at your request before entering one, when you enquire about or book a service.
- Legitimate interests — in running a secure website, answering correspondence, and keeping records of our work.
- Legal obligation — where we are required to retain records.
5. Who else processes it
We use a small number of established service providers. Each acts on our instructions, or under its own published privacy terms, and none is permitted to sell your information.
- Web3Forms — delivers the contact, enquiry, and newsletter forms to our inbox.
- hCaptcha — distinguishes people from bots on our forms.
- Google Analytics 4 — measures Site usage in aggregate.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on the Site.
- Cloudflare — hosts and protects the Site.
- Teachable — hosts our online courses, accounts, and checkout at training.emma.fashion under its own privacy policy.
- Email and office software — used to correspond with you and keep client records.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
6. Cookies and analytics
The Site sets cookies for two purposes: to keep the Site working and secure, and to measure usage through Google Analytics. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not build advertising audiences from your visit.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the Site.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers store information in the United States and other countries. Where information is transferred out of the UK, EU, or EEA, our providers rely on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and correspondence — for as long as needed to answer you and, where a working relationship follows, for the life of that relationship plus the period our records must be kept.
- Newsletter — until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics — in aggregate, according to Google Analytics’ retention settings.
- Financial records — for the period required by tax law.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy; have it corrected; have it deleted; restrict or object to how we use it; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time. If you are in California, you also have the right to know what is collected and to request deletion — and we confirm that we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
To exercise any of these, write to office@emma.fashion. We will respond within the time the law allows, and we will never treat you differently for asking. If you are in the UK or EU and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
10. Unsubscribing
Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link. You may also simply reply to any message, or email office@emma.fashion, and we will remove you.
11. Children
The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, please write to us and we will delete it.
12. Security
The Site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiries and client records is limited to Emma and those directly assisting her. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal details through a web form.
13. Other websites
The Site links to other places — our course platform, booksellers, social media, and articles we admire. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
14. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published here with a new date at the top. Material changes will be noted in the newsletter.
15. Contact
Questions about privacy, or about anything on this page, are welcome at office@emma.fashion — or through the contact page.
